Cycling ace Johnny McEvoy pulled out the stops and won the
HSBC UK Grand Prix Series title. He had sat second in the overall standings heading into the fourth and final race of the series, with BIKE Channel Canyon’s Dexter Gardias leading the way.
Johnny, from St. Helens delivered, following up strong performances in the Tour of the Reservoir and Stockton GP with a result good enough to overhaul the points gap and take the title.
