Bridgewater’s Chief Executive Colin Scales said: “The Bridgewater Staff Awards provide a fantastic opportunity to shine a spotlight on some of our hard-working colleagues and their inspirational achievements over the past 12 months.
“Our clinical staff such as nurses, physiotherapists, podiatrists and school nurses go above and beyond every day to provide high quality patient care in clinics, health centres, schools, patients’ homes and other local venues. By looking after the health and wellbeing of people in our communities, they play a vital role in helping to keep vulnerable people well, independent and out of hospital.
“The awards are also a chance to celebrate the efforts of our non-clinical staff such as our administrators and receptionists and staff in our IT and estates teams. They are the backbone of the organisation supporting clinical staff to do their job as effectively as possibly.
“I am very proud of all our award winners and finalists and inspired by their tremendous hard work and dedication over the past year.”
