Newton-Le-willows based security and facilities management company Kingdom has acquired a cleaning services provider in Lincolnshire.
Kingdom has bought Superclean Services Wothorpe, which operates out of Stamford. Founded in 1967, Superclean is a national supplier of cleaning services to clients across the public sector.
The acquisition of 650 people continues the expansion of Kingdom to £100-plus million turnover and 6,000 people.
Terry Barton (pictured), the chief executive of Kingdom, said: “Superclean is a great business with great people and systems so bolts on to Kingdom very easily. The Superclean acquisition bolsters further our FM [facilities management] division strength.
“The Superclean team remain and join the wider Kingdom family and we look forward to meeting all our new customers.”
