Halloween Murder Mystery at Inglenook Farm
7:30pm. Price: £35 per person. Concert pianist Paul DuPrez is recovering from illness at a secluded spot far from distractions.  His wife is looking after him. However as Halloween approaches Mr DuPrez falls foul of the dark history of his home. As detectives, you will watch the scene unfold before your eyes and you must use deduction and reasoning to find out just who did it, how and why. Question suspects, interrogate witnesses and take in all the clues to solve this case. With a huge emphasis on fun & laughter, and with proffessional actors in all roles, this is an evening to remember. Sunday 12th

Artisan market at Inglenook Farm. 10:00am. Browse over 55 stalls full of stunning, handmade one of a kind crafts and find stunning art, award winning local produce and amazing regional producers.
From handmade skin care to stunning jewellery and handmade childrens wear, there is so much to find. You will also find our courtyard full of stunning, award winning local produce to be sampled.
There will be music and dancing with the Cotton Town Hot Club and fresh food and coffee in our cafe. Car parking and entrance is free

Friday 17th and Saturday 18th

Christmas market event in Church Street / Church Square.
Friday 17th 11am till 5pm. Saturday 18th 11am till 7pm

Saturday 18th

Xmas lights switch on, Victoria Square, St Helens Town Centre. 4pm onwards. more info here

Late night shopping event at Phoenix Apparel, 8 corporation Street. till 9pm

Indoor car boot sale at newton communtiy centre. 10Am-midday. Free entry

Sunday 19th

Earlestown Xmas Lights Switch On. Midday to 6pm. A fantastic day of fun and entertainment

Saturday 25th

Rainhill model Railway club present a Christmas model Railway Show. 10Am to 5pm. Layouts, traders, refreshments and Santa claus. Adults £3. Children £3.50 (includes a visit and gift from Santa). FREE vintage bus between the event and north West Museum of Road Transport in St Helens Town Centre. Rainhill Village Hall, Weaver Avenue (behind shopping precinct, off Warrington road, Rainhill)

Christmas Market at Stocks Hall Care Home, Dentons Green. The event is 2-4pm and there is plenty of stalls to look at including artisan, Christmas decorations and cards, The Bodyshop, cakes, raffles and tombola. Santas and his inflatable grotto will be there too.The bar will also be open serving shortbread biscuits, hot chocolate and mulled wine. 6 Elderflower Rd, Denton’s Green, Saint Helens WA10 6FP.

Craft Fair at Billinge St Aidans Church. 10am to 4pm. Quality gifts for Christmas, refreshments, cake stall, good company and much more.

Sunday 26th

Xmas Craft Fayre at The Mansion House. 10.30am to 3pm.
The annual Crafty Christmas Fair at the beautiful Mansion House in Victoria Park. Visit Santa, browse the stalls, enjoy a bite to eat at the bistro. A perfect venue to seek out those unique, handmade Christmas Gifts.

The Friends of St.Helens Cemetery are again hosting the first  of their  popular Christmas events at St.Helens Crematorium Chapel, Rainford Road, St.Helens. Join with The Friends and The St. Helens Rangers for a fun morning and make your own  Christmas wreath to take home. Fun for all the family,bring the children. Costs £4.00 per wreath, this includes  all your materials to make a beautiful holly wreath. Starts 10a.m. at the crematorium chapel. ‘Book your place , call 07989251376’

Woodland lantern walk at carr mill dam
Lantern Walk round the dam , meet at 2.30pm at the Boathouse to collect lanterns £1 each , leave Boathouse at 3pm , walk round the dam ( 45mins to 1hr) back to the Boathouse for sunset ( great for all the family , path suitable for buggy’s )

Christmas Fair – Rainford Village Hall
Support a small business this festive season and browse the array of delightful craft, gift and food stalls. As well as the opportunity for some unique shopping you will also be able to enjoy hot and cold food and drinks all day. 11am to 3pm. Rainford Village Hall, Church Road, WA11 8HB
