A Tribute day and evening for Len Saunders aka Len Banana will take place in December. comprising: Holy Cross school choir; poetry, song, storytelling;St Helens Art Club Tribute to Len art and writing exhibition; Len Banana Tribute Band;film clips of Len’s performances repeated throughout the day; friends and family, Centre 8, Unnamed Players, Len’s Writing groups (from Citadel, St Helens Mind and Writers Unite) – stories, poems, recitals and reminiscences. Grand raffle – with star prize a painting of “Len A True Artist” by Carol Anne Eaves. The Steve Prescott Bridge will also be lit up yellow.
