St Helens based Stone Roses Tribute “The Clone Roses” are delighted to announce details of their 20th Anniversary celebration for 2018. On Sat 21st July, the band will headline “CloneFest” at Sherdley Park.
The day will host a number of tribute bands from the Manchester era such as: Oasish, The Smiths Ltd, Happy Mondaze, True Order, The Courtbetweeners & The Verve Experience.
The band are delighted to announce that they have also had confirmation from Mr Manchester himself Clint Boon who will be spinning tunes along with Clones longtime friend and DJ/Host Dave Sweetmore.
The Clones’ made their very first appearance at The Phoenix in St Helens in July 1998. The band have since gone on to play over 600 shows, most noticeably headlining venues such as Manchester Academy 1 (2500), Belfast Ulster Hall (1200) Warrington Parr Hall (1100) and have performed at festivals such as The Isle of Wight Festival, Shiine On Weekeer & More!
Early bird Tickets are priced £20 but will be very limited and VIP tickets are limited to just 200 tickets priced £50.
