Sharon and Paul Bridge currently have a takeaway business called Sabroso Tex-Mex, on Grange Park Road in Thatto Heath and will be moving to George Street in St Helens Town Centre this Spring.

Paul Bridge said “We have been established within St. Helens for 3 years as a food takeaway delivery service, and due to the influx of orders we have had within the past couple of years we have been able to branch out and put our heart and soul into a dine-in restaurant plus we will still be offering a takeaway service on George Street, in April.”

“We believe in the up and coming area surrounding George Street, with the success of restaurants around the area.”

“We specialise in Mexican and American food and feel that we will really add to our growing town by putting our restaurant in the empty shop’s location. We plan to keep our existing menu and will be able to offer an even bigger range of exciting dishes and drinks through from breakfast, lunch and evening meals as well as a drinks service, including cocktails and beers etc. We will be serving freshly prepared food like we do now, with even more options than ever before.”

“We are very excited to be a part of the growth of the town centre within the next couple of years and we are excited to see what we can add to the town that we have lived in, all of our lives.”
