Rainford Tennis Club have appointed Eduardo De Sousa as their new Head Tennis Coach.
Eduardo is a former professional tennis player, once ranked as the number eight player in Portugal, and has over 30 years’ experience coaching players of all standards in indoor centres and outdoor clubs all around the world. He is also a former Davis Cup coach for Saudi Arabia.
Eduardo joins Rainford Tennis Club in February and will start a new coaching programme for existing players and new members on the Club’s all-weather courts at the Jubilee Recreation Ground.
The coaching programme begins on 10th February and will offer sessions for primary school and secondary school aged children, as well as adults of all standards. Eduardo will also be available for individual lessons too.
