A job advert shared by Chester Racecourse says bosses are looking for candidates with “a passion for customer service and an attitude for excellence”.
Vacancies will be filled through recruitment sessions to be held in Liverpool on Thursday 22nd March and at the Marriott Hotel in Queens Square between 4-8pm and at the racecourse on Saturday 24th March between 12-4pm.
Home to the Boodles May Festival and Roman Day, Chester is the oldest active racecourse in England.
The famous racecourse is currently advertising more than 1,000 casual vacancies , with staff needed to service the 280,000 racegoers expected to turn out for the 2018 season.
From bar and hospitality staff, to gaming and betting operatives, there are lots of exciting opportunities on offer at the racecourse.
Offering hourly wages of up to £8.78, there are also openings for stewards and customer service staff.
Positions could start from the Boodles May Festival, with starts on Wednesday, May 8 and marks the beginning of the summer season.
