Competition – Win A Family Ticket To The Hunting Of The Snark

The Hunting of the Snark, is a classic nonsense poem by Lewis Carroll, the author of Alice in Wonderland. In April at Sutton Manor Community Woodland, part of Bold Forest Park, theatre company Burn the Curtain will bring it to life in a wonderful outdoor theatre experience.
Join the Butcher, the Banker, the Broker, the Barrister and the Bonnetmaker as they hunt for the ever elusive Snark. Take an unforgettable journey through the forest at Sutton Manor Community Woodland in Burn the Curtain’s new adaptation of this classic poem by Lewis Carroll, author of Alice in Wonderland. Come prepared for adventure and with your much needed help, a fresh attempt to find the Snark will take place.
We have one family ticket (2 adults / 2 children) to give away to one of the evening performances of your choice. Thursday 19th April, Friday 20th April or Saturday 21st April. 7.30 pm each evening. Minimum age is 6 years old.
Participants must come prepared to walk 2 -3 miles and wear suitable footwear/clothing for weather conditions and all terrains. The tale will be performed along the way.
– Suitable for ages 6+
– Participants must provide their own torch or head-torch.
– Dogs are not permitted (except for assistance dogs)
