St. Helens Town And Country: Celebrating 150 Years Of The Town.
In celebration of St. Helens 150th birthday, poet Sue Gerrard and artist Carole Ann Eaves, ‘The Poet and The Painter,’ are presenting a special exhibition ‘Town and Country’ at the Millennium Centre Academy of Arts until Friday May 11th.

Sue’s poems complement these scenes and are enhanced by photographs and Sue’s Computer-Generated Images (CGI) creating beautiful pictures of St. Helens and its proud heritage.
St. Helens born Sue and Carol Anne have staged more than sixty exhibitions throughout the North West. Sue is also the author of the best-selling book ‘St. Helens Now and Then’ which also celebrates the town’s milestone birthday and is available from Wardleworths Bookshop, St. Helens.
