Discover your potential – whether you want to gain qualifications, find a job or become a volunteer – at an Adult & Community Learning (ACL) event this month.
Partners involved with this event are Ways to Work, St Helens Chamber, Job Centre, Volunteer Centre, Healthwatch, Citizens Advice, Households into Work and Bike Right.
Following on from their successful ‘New Year, New Skills’ event earlier this year the ACL team will be holding a ‘Discover Your Potential’ event at St Helens Town Hall on 19th April where members of the public can find out more about a range of first-step courses including:
· Positive Thinking
· Less Stress
· Digital Skills
· Work Ready
· Ways to Wellbeing
· Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (Teaching Assistants)
Why not come along and meet experienced staff who will help guide you onto the right pathway to stepping stone and stepping up courses which include Level 1 qualifications in employability, caring for children, customer service and health and social care.
Courses will start week commencing 16 and 23 April 2018 and comprise of workshops, short courses and longer courses to achieve qualifications.
