‘Wilson Dazzles in Deadly Heat’

Liverpool Spring 10k

St Helens Striders wonder boy Dave Wilson, weaved his magic as he produced yet another terrific performance. He managed yet another PB, 35:17, finishing in 11th place. Thousands turned out for the inaugural event with some 41 Striders taking part. Anthony Ellis exceeded himself with a new PB, 41:15. Kelly Hamilton valiantly led home the ladies, finishing 7th overall female in a time of 42:14. She was pushed all the way by teammate Hannah Whittaker, 43:02. And in her first ever outing for the Striders, the much loved Rachael Middlehurst ran, 61:59!

Llangollen 10k Trail

Ian Floyd whom has given so much time to the Strider cause, delighted his beloved Karen Mason. He impressively took almost 8 minutes off his previous outing, with a new PB, 58:21

Yarrow River Bluebell 10k Trail.

Jon-Jo Doherty finished in second place overall. He was then followed home by his long standing teammate David Briscoe. 300 took part in the picturesque countryside of Chorley.
