On Monday 18th June BBC TV will broadcast live some parts of their BBC Breakfast programme live from Rainhill High School.
Between 7am and 9am they will be meeting and interviewing sports students. This is to coincide with England’s first game in the World Cup and because England defender Trent Alexander-Arnold went to Rainhill High School. This is Trent’s first World Cup.
The School have asked some of teams of students who have represented the school at football – girls and boys – this year, plus some members of the Tennis and Netball teams to take part. They will be making an early start to school, with filming starting at 6.30am!
