A pilates instructor who has worked with some of the region’s best professional an amateur sports teams held a free open air yoga session at The Dream at the weekend
Nisha Srivastava – who has worked with Saints, Everton and local rugby club Haydock RLFC – invitied men, women and children to join her at the foot of The Dream sculpture in Sutton Manor to celebrate International Yoga Day
This was the fourth time that Nisha, who is originally from India where the word yoga means union, has held this yoga event at The Drea. They have proved a popular way of bringing the community together.
