In this, St Helens 150th year we take a look back at 1968 when St Helens celebrated its 100th anniversary. Here is a short video from the main parade that year.
The parade took place on Saturday 27th July 1968 and led to Sherdley Park where it was the last day of a three-day event which would become know as the Sherdley Show or simply “The Show”
