Update: Merseyisde Police have advised (3rd august) that Kodie has been found safe and well.
Merseyside Police are appealing for information to help trace a missing 12-year-old girl originally from St Helens.
Kodie Yates was last seen at around 8pm on Sunday, 29 July 2018 on the Clinkham Wood Estate area of St Helens.
Extensive enquiries are ongoing to locate her.
She is described as white, 5ft 3in tall, of slim build and with mousey brown hair often in a bun.
When she was last seen Kodie was wearing a black Puffa jacket purple/pink belly top, black leggings and black trainers.
She is known to frequent St Helens, in particular the town centre.
Police officers are making extensive efforts to find Kodie and return her home safely and would urge Kodie, anyone who knows her whereabouts, or who has seen a girl resembling her to call police on the 101.
