We are excited to announce that soon a fly-on-the-wall documentary will be aired on TV showcasing HAMMA. Here is a preview clip from the series: Fighting Families.Our two-part documentary Fighting Families will be shown over two Sundays.Sunday 17th February and Sunday 24th February at 10pm on Sky Sports Front Runner Channel 431 and Freesat Channel.

The gym has enjoyed great competition success across all age groups by both male and female fighters. They have a professional team who have won numerous british titles as we ll as world titles. They travel all over the world representing St. Helens.
They have a great amateur team and a youth academy.
Their classes help with confidence building, help tackle obesity plus teach discipline.
