Yes, it’s that time again! The St Helens Youth Open Art Competition 2019 is now open.
This competition is to showcase the talents of younger artists aged up to and including 16 years of age who live or study in St Helens.
‘Cultured’ (St Helens Local Cultural Education Partnership), The World of Glass, St.Helens Council’s Arts Service, St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic High School, invite all young artists to submit an original artwork for selection for exhibition and to be in with the chance to win a prize.
St. Augustine’s is sponsoring an Audience Choice Award, which will allow everyone who visits the exhibition in the first week to vote for their favourite piece of artwork.
Works are welcomed across all mediums including drawing, glass, textiles, sculpture, painting, printmaking, mixed media, photography and digital media.
